Mr. Genz manages client engagements, interaction with potential sellers, the daily operations and the forward thinking of the company. Prior to founding Genz & Associates, he was Managing Director at Fogel International, an investment/merchant bank founded in 1969. Previously, Mark was at Capital Advice, a boutique investment bank, Christensen IR, an investor relations firm and Stevens Foster, a private wealth management firm that focused on high net worth entrepreneurs.
Mr. Genz is originally from Minnesota where he studied Financial Economics and English at Gustavus Adolphus College. He is a member of the professional organization ACG (www.acgla.org), Board Member of the Southern California based charity Miracles for Kids (www.miraclesforfids.org) and an active member of Gen Next (www.gennext.com), an invitation-only organization of successful individuals dedicated to learning about and becoming engaged with the most pressing challenges facing future generations.
Mr. Donadio began working at GA back in May of 2011. Thomas manages relationships with both clients and prospective sellers that have resulted in multiple closed transactions at the firm. Prior to joining GA, he worked at Vanguard as a trusted financial advisor for high net-worth clientele. Mr. Donadio began his career with Sierra Consulting Group; a Phoenix based consulting firm who specializes in corporate restructuring and litigation services.
Thomas is originally from New York, but earned his B.A. in Corporate Finance from Arizona State University - W.P. Carey School of Business. He also formally held his Series 7 & 63 securities licenses.
Gus Ruiz's career spans two decades where he has honed his understanding of the timing of business decisions and corporate positioning. Gus has originated over $100M in tranactions through his thorough understanding of both buyer and seller vision, corporate strategies, initiatives and cultures. Gus's passion for orchestrating mutually beneficial transactions to include such diverse industries as Home Health Care, Traffic Safety and Telecommunications has given him a broad knowledge base and network to resource.
Mr. Ruiz moved to Arizona from Indiana University, where he studied for his BS in Chemistry. He continues to live in Arizona with his wife of 25 years and their three children. For the past 7 years he has served on the Board of Directors for The Back to School Clothing Drive.
Mr. Cronin is originally from Washington State, where he earned a M.S. in Engineering Management, B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and Minor in Supply Chain Management. Some of Mr. Cronin’s past roles including working with Starbucks Corporate, Raytheon Integrated Defense, and Boeing Commercial Aircraft. Mr. Cronin’s experience in the Commercial, Aerospace, and Defense markets are leveraged at the firm to provide insight in the manufacturing, engineering, and enterprise resource management/planning sectors.
