Audax Portfolio Company Acquires Ohio-Based Special Education School

Genz & Associates is pleased to announce the acquisition of an Ohio-based special education school by a portfolio company of Audax Group (“Audax”). The school is based in Ohio and provides full treatment intervention for children with autism and related disabilities.

Audax and its portfolio company retained Genz & Associates as their buy-side M&A advisor to assist in the execution of their acquisition growth strategy. This is the 10th acquisition Genz has completed with Audax and its portfolio companies.
