Applied Value Group Acquires Structural Steel of Carolina

Applied Value Group’s portfolio company Division 5 has acquired Structural Steel of Carolina, a leader in structural steel fabrication that specializes in education, healthcare and industrial applications. The acquisition of Structural Steel of Carolina expands Division 5’s capacity, as the combined organizations will boast of 350,00 square feet of fabrication space, making it one of the U.S’ top-ten largest structural steel fabricators.
