Audax Group – Backed EIS Acquires Schoen Insulation Services

Genz & Associates (“Genz”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Schoen Insulation Services (“Schoen”) by EIS Legacy, LLC (“EIS”), a portfolio company of Audax Group.

Based in Canton, GA, Schoen is a leading manufacturer of nonmetallic machined parts. EIS is a leading fabricator, converter, and distributor of electrical process materials, wire, cable, and assemblies, headquartered in Atlanta, GA

This acquisition broadens the manufacturing and converting capabilities of EIS’ Fabrication Solutions division, increasing the depth of EIS’ product portfolio for the power generation, energy, and electrical markets.

Audax and EIS retained Genz & Associates as their buy-side M&A advisor to assist in their acquisition growth strategy. Genz identified Schoen Insulation Services through our comprehensive search process TargetSelect. The acquisition of Schoen marks the third acquisition Genz has closed with EIS and the ninth with Audax.
