Genz & Associates – February Employee Announcement

Genz & Associates is pleased to announce two new hires to our Manhattan Beach office.

Brandyn Townsend recently joined the firm as the Vice President of M&A Development. Brandyn is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a BA in Public Relations. Prior to joining Genz, he was the Vice President at Global Healthcare Advisors, a buy-side healthcare M&A Investment Bank based out of Miami, Florida. During his time at GHA, he sourced proprietary deal flow for leading financial sponsors and strategic acquirers, bringing in 68 acquisition targets – 7 of which resulted in issued IOI’s and 1 executed LOI. Along with establishing rapport with managing physicians, Brandyn also has experience with sourcing proprietary carve-outs from Fortune 500 companies. Brandyn will focus on originating, analyzing, and fostering relationships with potential investment opportunities for our private equity and corporate clients. 

Gabriel Silva recently joined the firm as an Analyst. Gabriel is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Prior to joining Genz, he worked as a Data & Finance Analyst at Markett, a marketing consulting firm where he worked on developing excel processes to track and sort data sets. Gabriel will assist in facilitating all aspects of research, including identifying, researching, and profiling potential acquisition candidates for our private equity and corporate clients and developing industry themes.
