Genz & Associates – July Employee Announcement

Genz & Associates is pleased to announce two new hires to our Manhattan Beach office.

Hov Karamousayan recently joined the firm as an Associate M&A Development.  He is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell with a BS in Business Administration, and a concentration in Finance.  Prior to Genz, Hov was an Associate Sales Executive at XYPRO in Simi Valley, California.  While there, he was responsible for seeking and developing new sales opportunities within a premium client and prospect base.  He successfully developed and maintained relationships with Senior Executives and partners to increase growth and expedite closures.  At Genz and Associates, Hov will be focusing on originating and fostering relationships with potential investment opportunities in the commercial and business services end markets, for PE and Corporate Clients.

Audrey Farr also recently joined the firm as an Office Manager and Administrative Coordinator. Prior to joining Genz, she worked for Soderstrom Architects in Portland, Oregon where she provided all-encompassing administrative support to the Principals’ and Associates’ groups, as well as assisting the rest of the staff and handling all office operations.  Audrey will be assisting our two Managing Directors in addition to overseeing office operations.
