ORIX Capital Partners’ portfolio company – NTI, sought to enhance their ‘people-platform’ to better serve their customers. Through their acquisition of VERTICOM (Vertical Communications, Inc.) and its specialized in-house turnkey solutions, NTI expanded its operations in a new area of the country with enhanced capabilities in the wireless and fiber segments, advancing their outreach to a broader consumer base.
