DFW Capital Partners-backed Aqualis Acquires Front Range Environmental

Genz & Associates, Inc. (“Genz”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Front Range Environmental by Aqualis, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners. Aqualis is the leading national provider of comprehensive stormwater management services spanning stormwater system maintenance, repair, inspection, and consulting services as well as lift station maintenance & repair, vactor/jetting, pipe inspection, and emergency response services. Front Range Environmental, based in McHenry, Illinois, provides a broad array of complementary stormwater-related inspection, monitoring, maintenance, repair, and supplemental services to customers in the private and municipal sectors in the Midwestern and Western portions of the U.S.

This acquisition solidifies Aqualis’ nationwide leadership position in stormwater management and accelerates its strategy of providing comprehensive stormwater services with broad geographic coverage. With Front Range’s extensive capabilities and strong regional coverage, Aqualis will now be able to perform stormwater and lift station services in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

Aqualis and DFW Capital retained Genz & Associates as their buy-side M&A advisor to assist in pursuing Aqualis’ acquisition growth strategy. Genz & Associates identified Front Range Environmental and initiated this transaction through its comprehensive origination process, TargetSelect.
