Genz & Associates – April Employee Announcement

Garo Zoroghlian recently joined the firm as a Vice President of M&A Development. He will be focused on originating, analyzing, and fostering relationships with potential sellers for our private equity and corporate clients. Garo is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a BA in Economics and is a Marine Corps Veteran. Prior to joining Genz, Garo worked at Phillip Roman & Company, a Los Angeles based buy-side M&A advisory firm, where he focused on sourcing M&A opportunities for leading private equity groups. During his tenure at Phillip Roman, Garo originated $800M+ in investment opportunities, which resulted in 10 executed LOIs and 4 platform acquisitions with a median enterprise value of $50M.
