Genz & Associates (“Genz”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Professional Image and aspecialtybox.com (collectively, “Professional Image”) by Oliver, a portfolio company of Pfingsten Partners.

Based in Tulsa, OK, Professional Image is a maker of custom folding carton packaging and an eCommerce provider of specialty stock packaging and accessories. Professional Image will continue delivering design-forward packaging solutions from its current location.

Oliver is a leading provider of highly customized folding carton packaging and premium marketing collateral to a diverse customer base within the health and beauty, pharmaceutical, specialty food, beverage, and consumer products end markets. Oliver is headquartered in Hauppauge, New York.

Pfingsten and Oliver retained Genz & Associates as their buy-side M&A advisor to assist in their acquisition growth strategy. Genz identified Professional Image through our comprehensive search process TargetSelect. The acquisition of Professional Image marks the second acquisition Genz has closed with Oliver and the third with Pfingsten.
