River Associates – Backed JBC Technologies Acquires Die Cut Technologies

Genz & Associates (“Genz”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Die Cut Technologies by JBC Technologies, a portfolio company of River Associates. Die Cut Technologies, based in Denver, CO, is a full-service manufacturer with over 60 years of rapid prototyping and custom die-cutting experience.

JBC Technologies, headquartered in North Ridgeville, OH, is a leading flexible materials converter.
The acquisition strategically expands JBC’s capabilities and geographic footprint, while adding an additional market presence in the medical, electronics, automotive, and aerospace sectors.

River Associates and JBC Technologies retained Genz & Associates as their buy-side M&A advisor to assist in their acquisition growth strategy. The acquisition of Die Cut Technologies marks the first acquisition Genz has closed with River Associates and JBC Technologies.
